Terms of service

By using Bosspal (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Dapperico Inc.(“we”, “us”), a Canadian corporation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Consent.By texting one of our contractors’ business phone numbers, you consent to receive replies from that business related to your inquiry. We use a customer-initiated consent model: contractors do not cold-text individuals who have not first messaged them.

Message frequency. Frequency varies and depends on your interactions. A typical inquiry produces between 1 and 20 SMS exchanges over a few days; ongoing services (appointment reminders, invoice notices) produce a few SMS per month.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. We do not charge customers directly for SMS.

Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages until you re-initiate contact. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you are a contractor using the Bosspal dashboard to operate your messaging program, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA in the U.S., CASL in Canada, and any other applicable laws).
• Use the Service only for lawful, non-deceptive business communications related to your registered trade or services.
• Provide accurate business identity information for A2P 10DLC (US) and A2P-CA registration. False or misleading information may result in suspension.
• Respond to customer opt-out requests promptly and honour them indefinitely.
• Maintain customer consent records and your own customer-facing privacy policy.
• Refrain from using the Service for SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), gambling, illegal substances, or anything else prohibited by the underlying carriers or our acceptable use policy.
• Pay for your subscription on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@bosspal.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service uses large language models to generate draft replies on your behalf. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You (as the contractor) remain responsible for the messages sent from your number, including AI-drafted replies. We provide override, takeover, and confirmation gates so you can intervene; use them.

Pricing and policy facts the AI references come from your configured knowledge base. Keep it accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect quotes, scheduling commitments, or other statements produced by AI based on inaccurate knowledge you provided.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Carrier pass-through fees (Twilio per-message charges, A2P registration and campaign fees) are billed in addition to subscription fees. These are disclosed on the pricing page.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send messages to phone numbers without lawful consent
• Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Send prohibited SHAFT content (see above)
• Send political campaign messages without the additional registration required
• Attempt to circumvent carrier filtering, A2P rules, or opt-out signals
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, carrier complaint, regulatory order, or any conduct that exposes the Service or its users to risk. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAPPERICO INC.’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dapperico Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance. For substantive changes, we will notify you through the dashboard and require re-acknowledgement.
